And then there was the seat. That Polaris seat where I actually rested. Five and half hours hours of real rest at 30,000 feet, held by a plane and the knowledge that everything I needed to do today was already done. The delays meant I didn't land starving and disoriented at midnight. The universe wasn't making me wait, it was protecting my arrival.

Not knowing what's next is uncomfortable. It can also be the beginning of something really good. On learning to sit in the in-between without falling apart.
