Motivational Monday: Come Back to Yourself

There’s something about a full moon week that just feels different.

 

Maybe you can’t quite explain it.

But things feel a little louder.A little heavier.A little harder to ignore.

 

And if you’ve been feeling that lately, like something is weighing on you, or your mind won’t quite settle, you’re not alone.

 

Because this is what the full moon does.

It shines a light on what’s been sitting just under the surface.

 

Not to overwhelm you.But to show you what’s ready to be released.

 

And here’s the part I want you to really hear this week:

Just because something has been with you, doesn’t mean it’s meant to go with you.

 

So let me ask you something:

What have you been carrying lately?

Is it a thought that keeps looping?A pressure to figure everything out?A feeling that you should be further along than you are?Or maybe it’s just the weight of trying to do too much all at once.

 

Whatever it is, you don’t have to keep holding it.

 

Not this week.

 

Because while the full moon brings things to the surface.

It also gives you an opportunity to clear the noise.

 

And let’s be honest, life gets loud.

 

Between work, responsibilities, expectations, and everything pulling at your attention, it’s easy to lose track of what actually matters to you.

 

You can be doing all the things, and still feel completely off track.

 

Not because you’re doing it wrong.

But because you’ve drifted away from yourself.

 

This is your moment to come back.

 

Not with a big, dramatic reset.Not with a brand new plan.But with something much simpler.

 

Pause.

 

Take a breath.

 

And ask yourself:

What actually matters to me right now?

 

Not next month.Not by the end of the year.Right now.

 

And then...

What would it look like to release just one thing that’s been clouding that answer?

 

 

You don’t need to clear everything all at once.

You just need to make space.

 

Because clarity doesn’t come from doing more.

It comes from quieting enough of the noise to hear yourself again.

 

So this week, let the full moon do what it’s meant to do.

 

Let it illuminate what you’ve been carrying.

Let it show you what’s ready to go.

 

And most importantly.

 

Let it guide you back to you.

 

Because everything you’re trying to figure out?

It gets a whole lot clearer when you’re no longer buried under everything that doesn’t belong.

 

You’re not behind.You’re not off track.

You might just be overdue for a release.
