Motivational Monday: Turn It Up and Tune In

Have you ever had one of those weeks where someone just tests every ounce of your patience? Yeah… me too.

This past week, I had a client who was—let’s just say—a walking lesson in deep breathing. He was rude, dismissive, demanding, and every bit the kind of person who could derail your entire mood if you let him. I had a meeting scheduled with him that I was dreading for days. I could feel the tension building before I even poured my first cup of coffee.

But here’s the thing: I know better. I know that when I let that kind of energy take the wheel, it drives the entire day straight into the ditch. So I decided, nope, not today. I wasn’t going to let this man, this meeting, or this moment steal my peace.

And then, as if the universe was giving me a wink, I remembered what day it was. October 3rd. You know what that means, new Taylor Swift album day. 🙌

So I hopped in my car, cranked up the volume, and let the music do what it does best: shift energy. Every lyric, every beat, every chorus, I could feel my vibration rising. The dread melted away and was replaced with a sense of calm confidence. By the time I got to that meeting, I was grounded, grateful, and fully back in my power.

And you know what? The meeting went great. Not because the client suddenly changed, but because I did.

That’s the power of gratitude and energy work. When you take back control of how you feel, when you intentionally focus on the good, you change the entire outcome of your day. Gratitude isn’t just a fluffy mindset trick; it’s a real, tangible way to reset your energy and attract better experiences.

And that’s exactly what my brand-new course, Manifesting Through Daily Gratitude, is all about. It’s for anyone who’s ready to move from frustration to flow, from overwhelm to alignment, and start seeing real results through gratitude.

Whether it’s a tough client, a chaotic day, or a life that feels a little offbeat—gratitude, like music, can bring you back into harmony.

So this week, when you feel yourself slipping into frustration or fear, ask yourself: What’s one thing I can do right now to raise my vibration?

Maybe it’s a walk. Maybe it’s a dance party in the kitchen. Or maybe it’s hitting play on your favorite song and remembering, you have the power to choose your energy.

Turn it up. Tune in. And watch how fast gratitude changes the rhythm of your life. 💛
